Domestic & International: Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Freight: If your item is being shipped using freight services, this may add an additional day (3-4 business days) for processing due to the increased logistics. We will contact you directly to go over the finalizing details of your order. Our default method of shipping for domestic and international orders are through FedEx, UPS, DHL and Express Postal Services.  Standard delivery times depend on the choice of shipment choose. 3 – 5 days service for ups, FedEx and DHL 7 – 14 days service for Express Postal Service     Express shipping available by request All international shipment taxes, duties, tariffs and any customs fees incurred by the receipt of an order are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Return + Exchange Policy

If you’re not completely happy with a purchase, just return it for a full refund. Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made.

If you are charged more than the posted or advertised price, we will refund the difference. If there appears to be a fraud or abuse, we may not return your item.

Khamiti Hibiru Ethics Ma’arifado (KHEM) understands the costly expenses associated with shipping large and heavy items. We take great pride in providing you with the lowest cost shipping rates while getting your item to you in a safe and timely manner. While most of our smaller items are easily shipped through FedEx and USPS, the larger items are braced and packed securely in either custom heavy-duty double-walled corrugated cardboard boxes or wooden crates. We then use a freight service that drops off at your local freight terminal. We also offer home delivery with lift-gate service for an additional fee. Depending on your personal needs, we will try our best to make the shipping and receiving of these large items a pleasant experience. We want our customers to know that we will never up-charge for these services and will always be as transparent as possible with the shipping process. Once an order is placed on our site for an item that requires crating or freight, we contact the customer before charging their card to gather more information. Freight charges vary greatly depending on where the piece needs to be shipped; if it needs a custom crate; or if it has a DIM weight to take into consideration. Freight items generally take 7-14 days to arrive at its final destination, but this can vary depending on what carrier the customer chooses to use.
